I just gotta give a shoutout to Alicia Medrano, my sales rep, and Steve, the installer in Manhattan, for their top-notch skills and kindness while helping me with my project. I've been a Smith and Noble customer for quite a while for smaller orders and shades I could handle myself, but this time, with the big investment in motorized solar shades for my whole apartment in Manhattan, I really needed some professional measurements and advice on what kind of mount would work for my windows. Ally and Steve were super helpful in guiding my choices and were quick to assist with a few minor installation hiccups that got sorted out right away. I’m thrilled with how everything turned out.
