I want to acknowledge Alicia Medrano, my sales rep, and Steve, the installer in Manhattan, for their professional skills and courtesy assisting me in my project. I have been a Smith and Noble customer for years for smaller orders and shades that I could install myself, but this time, considering the investment I needed to make to buy motorized solar shades for an entire apartment in Manhattan, I needed professionally taken measurements and advice on the kind of mount my windows would allow. Ally and Steve helped me to make my choices and were ready to step in again for some some little installation issues that were promptly resolved. I couldn't be happier with the results. I was having difficulty with entering an order online and
called customer service. Audry (did not get last name) and Ari Ochoa were very helpful in taking my information as I was not eager to enter every item again. We have had Smith & Nobel shades for years and have excellent customer service. Highly recommend them.
